Our wedding will be held at Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens in Akron, Ohio. Stan Hywet was previous home to the Seiberling family. Built in 1912, this Tutor revival estate has been a center for community and entertainment for over half a century. The 70 acre Stan Hywet estate includes: 5 historic buildings, 10 fully restored historic gardens, and collection and furnishings with 95% original to the estate.

Our wedding will be held on Saturday, June 7, 2025. Mark your calendars!

The reception will follow the ceremony and will be held in the Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens Historic Carriage House. This was the original location for the Seiberling family's stables, garage, and chauffer and groomsmen living quarters. It was since turned into a car garage/ mechanic shop and is now a museum, event hall, and store. Fun Fact: Molly's Shop, snack and souvenir store, located in the carriage house is named after the Seiberling's Belgian draft horse, Molly. Molly was famous for pulling the Yule Log into the Great Manor Hall one Christmas.

All guests, vendors, and entertainment will asked to park in the main guest parking lot located between the Carriage House and the Corbin Conservatory (see Estate map on venue website).

Our wedding will be Black Tie Optional/ Formal attire. Please do not arrive in jeans and a t- shirt, while comfortable, this is a day to dress up and celebrate!

No alcohol beverages will be served at our wedding. However, we promise to treat you all to good food, desserts, and drinks!

Due to specific dietary needs, we will have a variety of food choices (GF, V). We want to make sure you can both enjoy yourself and the food provided! More information to follow.
